Privacy policy

Q-VIP is operated by QUICK QUE (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013).

What we collect

When you create a Q-VIP customer account, we collect your phone number, a chosen name, and your account password (stored as a one-way hash). When you place an order, we collect the order details and your payment status from our payment processor.

When you create a Q-VIP vendor account, we collect business details (entity name, contact information, banking details for payouts), and the menu information you publish.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact information with vendors beyond what the vendor needs to deliver your order. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share data with third parties except payment processors (for processing transactions) and SMS or email providers (for verification messages).

Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to request a copy of your data, correct it, or request deletion at any time. Email info@qvip.co.za and we will respond within 30 days.
